Breakfast: 2 strips of bacon, 2 eggs over easy done in bacon drippings, cauliflower florets and napa cabbage sauteed in bacon drippings with a few crumbles of cheddar cheese, all over plain ramen (I like plain ramen.) As an afterthought, a half cup of yogurt and a dollop of orange marmalade, with a big handful of bran flakes mixed in.
